The Social and Affordable Housing Fund is a key initiative under the Future Directions for Social Housing in NSW strategy. The model increases the supply of housing through contracts with service providers. The second phase of procurement, SAHF2, targeting 1,200 dwellings is in progress, taking the total targeted number of additional social and affordable dwellings to 3,400.
Housing Plus, a leading regional Tier 1 community housing provider, will deliver 100 social and affordable dwellings across five sites throughout Dubbo and Orange.
